GETSTRONG – ONLINE PASS gives you access to short training videos from 15, 30, and 60 minutes and are designed for those who are working from home or traveling.
You are able to choose from; stretch & de-stress, tone in ten, and pilates classes.
We offer short strength sequences, in order to mobilize and strengthen specific problem areas. The focus in Stretch & Destress will be especially on the neck and back, as well as targeting the hips, shoulders, arms, hands, and wrists. In “Tone in Ten” we will focus on the entire body, and reboot your cardio training. Our Pilates classes focus on core training, abdominals, breathing, back, hip, and shoulder strength and mobility.
You will learn breathing exercises, massage & trigger points, and other tools that you can use in your daily life to help calm you and reset your focus and mood for the day.
