GETSTRONG ONLINE PASS  gives you access to short training videos from 15 and 30 minutes and is designed for those who are working from home or traveling.
You are able to choose from; stretch & de-stress, tone in ten, yoga and pilates classes.
We offer short strength sequences, in order to mobilize and strengthen specific problem areas. The focus in Stretch & Destress will be especially on the neck and back, as well as targeting the hips, shoulders, arms, hands, and wrists. In Tone in Ten we will focus on the entire body, and reboot your cardio training. Our Pilates classes focus on core training, abdominals, breathing, back, hip, and shoulder strength and mobility. Strong Flow Yoga will incorporate the entire body, along with breathwork.
You will learn breathing exercises, massage & trigger points, and other tools that you can use in your daily life to help calm you and reset your focus and mood for the day.
