Enlighten Up! A yoga workshop on stress & humor
– Stronger and softer in body, mind, and spirit through yoga and laughter
In this workshop, we will delve into the connection between the mind and body in relation to stress. Through this yoga workshop, we will use humor, breathing, and yoga postures to affect the way we handle stress and “self-talk”.
We will use breathwork exercises and creative yoga sequences to build heat and help develop the skills to awaken all of our senses. Core work will strengthen your abdominals and lower back, so you are grounded and ready for anything. This workshop is a mix of Slow Flow Yoga and Core Work.
This energetic and fun workshop will also focus on strength, core stability, control, and coordination. The practice will challenge you to go deeper into yourself. Learn how to carry a transformative experience from the yoga mat to everyday life.

This is a Slow Flow Yoga workshop taught in English and is open to all levels.
